All our products have been made with care to bring you the best possible quality.
If, however, your purchase did not meet your expectations, you can return it to us, at your expense, within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please contact us beforehand so that we can send you a return slip. This must be returned to us, duly completed, accompanied by a copy of the invoice along with the product concerned.
The returned product must be unused, unwashed and with its label. Only products returned in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.
We will then proceed to exchange or refund the product.
